EXTENDED LENGTH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHER LEADERS
Participants attend 8 or 9 meetings per year (1 meeting per month, with a month off). Coursework is based upon SNHU curriculum. Participants solve problems using protocols and develop leadership with the support of their cohort and the curriculum. Everyone produces and presents a vision paper for a leadership project they would like to undertake in their school. Participants earn certified professional development hours and have the option to earn graduate credit from SNHU. Each cohort has 8-10 participants.
